Personally I don't think the measly 3 points it perk gives in Small Guns, Science, and Lockpick is worth the trouble.Just blast through that gawdamn sim as fast as you can so you can get the truly useful perk: Power Armor Training!And of course access to the treasure room full of gear: That T-51B Winterized Power Armor looks great and the Shocksword is the 2nd most powerful melee weapon in the game. The Chinese Stealth Armor looks cool if you wana be a 'hi-tech ninja.' If you have at least an INT of 6 you'll be able to max out most of your Skills by level 30 anyhow.
