Dunno, I don't PvP.Grenade Launcher - The ones that you manually detonate are the best, generally. The ones that explode on impact or after a bounce are good too, tho the bouncers are more dangerous to you, as they love to redirect off terrain straight into your own face.Rocket Launchers - They're all kind of garbage, in my experience. The ones that apply bio or fire effects on hit can be useful tho.Snipers - Use a good Bolt Action.
Preferably not the one with bonus damage to vehicles (has less base damage) or the one with knockback (Meteor? Makes followup shots difficult). You want the highest crit multi you can get, and then aim for the soft spots.Don't use infectors much, so no opinion. BMGs are more or less all the same (except the one that doesn't link). Take the one with the highest heals, generally. Most other guns are better dps.It is best to use weapons as close to your ego level as possible, as they will generally do more damage than those of lesser ego, although the difference may not be all that noticeable at your level.Mastery only really matters if you plan to hang onto and use that weapon.
It provides a small, and usually not very useful bonus to the weapon. I'm a noob myself but I like the LMG for its suppressing fire and high ammo count. I'll also take an AR with extended mag so it's like the LMG with more stopping power.
Weapon mastery just adds a small bonus that usually isn't that great. For me the most important are stopping power and mag size. The levels of the weapons you find always match the level you're at, it depends on the rarity also if it's better. Like a level 80 uncommon is probably better than a level 100 common.
Right now I use an electric AR and a fire shotgun (grindfragger). I like it, EM takes out shields easy and the fire kicks ass.

Aimbots are in their nature detectable, since they inject code into the game and if you don’t make sure that the product you are using is well-maintained, you will endanger your Trion account.
All issues aside, this is still the best way to level up quickly in Defiance and farm items and Scrip fast. So far no developer has done this.
However, if the game should continue to grow and get more popular, maybe this kind of venture will become profitable and we might be able to see the first working farming bot for this game being released.
