I am trying to play a DVD on my new Dell Laptop which has Windows 8. On my old laptop I used to use Windows Media Player as it brought up the DVD straight away. However, when inserting the disk into the disk drive, it comes up with the InterActual Player;I have never used this program before so I am not used to the way it works, It says that there is compatibility problem with program and tells me to look online for help.
