Enhanced Camera Fallout 4
I don't think BGS will ever do a full first-person view in any game they do, unless of course they find they can do a full first-person view without sacrificing much in the way of development resources. Of course, there is the possibility that Todd Howard doesn't like full first-person perspectives in games, but I'm not aware of him ever saying one way or another what his thoughts are on being able to see your character's/characters' legs in the first person view. There always seem to be mods for it, though.Posts: 3437 Joined: Tue Jun 20, 2006 11:40 am.I can only imagine 'full body visibility' combined with some of the body mods that have been made for OB/SK/FO3. You'd never be able to see your character's legs.(Oof, and combine that with any of the 'bouncing' mods. )Hmm, wonder if it would be possible to mod OUT a visible first-person body if they made the mistake of putting it in?edit: more seriously, I can only imagine that view & some of the outfits (hugely bulky armor, full rad suit, mascot outfit - although we've only seen a head so far, etc) not combining well.
Would also say Power Armor, but they've made that a vehicle not an outfit.Posts: 3410 Joined: Thu Sep 20, 2007 5:36 am. This.Plus I've played some TES mods that added the inside of your helmet to your view, so if you were wearing a full helmet all you could see is a few slits of the world through the eye holes. If you are crying about not seeing your legs, try a mod like that and get back to me.Only seeing my arms and weapons has never been a problem for me. Going 3rd person is especially bad since I can't really see or aim at what my PC is seeing, the game engine has to do it for me. What fun is that.Posts: 3386 Joined: Tue Jun 13, 2006 10:00 am.
The point is if you MUST see what you would see in RL in the game then you MUST also use helmet view mods, mods that show your hair in your eyes if you PC has long hair, shaky cam for walking/running, etc. And etc.If you don't want realistic, you just want legs because it makes the game awkward to you if you don't see your legs. Well, I'll be honest I don't walk around in RL looking down at my feet all the time so it doesn't bother me. You wanting it so badly isn't going to change that. If enough people want it I'm sure it will get modded in.As far as it being awkward for a leg to suddenly appear if you want to kick someone, that isn't any more awkward than your arms and weapon popping up when you ready your gun.Posts: 3468 Joined: Mon Jun 18, 2007 1:24 pm. Yeah i've played skyrim, fallout nv, and oblivion with it. Skyrim and fallout nv's version of it looked fine, and also gave the option to never leave first person view (i hated that skyrim made you go third person to ride horses or turn into a werewolf).
To enter the cheat codes or commands in Fallout 4 you need to open the screen of the developer console. Simply tap on a tilde, on your English Keyboard or grave key on the British keyboard. Remember that while putting any of the given keys; it does not matter whether your caps lock key is on or off. All of the posts i see when i try and google for a fallout 4 mod that gives you legs are at least 5 months old, and i cant find any new news on an. Enhanced Camera - posted in Fallout 4 Mod Requests: Hey guys would you make the enhanced camera mod. Its starting to bother me, cause in third person you get a lot of melee takedowns. However when your in first person you have very limited takedowns. So I was wondering if you guys could make the enhanced camera mod available in fallout 4.
The one for oblivion though added in this bobbing deal when you walked, it also put your hands where they would actually be instead of them being visible at all times. It made combat awkward because you didn't ever see you weapon, and the bobbing motion gave me motion sickness.I don't care if they show off our protagonists bodies, as long as they don't add in that walking motion.Posts: 3344 Joined: Thu Aug 02, 2007 11:06 am. Good to read some various thoughts and objections. I'll ignore the clueless remarks, basically my interest came from the first person mods for Skyrim and new Vegas after playing GTA5 and Arma on PC. I'd be interested to know if it's a resource thing and/or industry standard thing. I guess my issue is that a number of people here saying things like I don't want to be in it I want to play it. Why should fallout 4s default for first person be a dumbed down doom version perspective.
Sm has thrown a generic python exception. Fallout is first and foremost a story and shooter second. If you don't like it they can make an option for hidden body so you aren't disturbed or confused by having a body.If you could Vr matrix-style into a fallout game you wouldn't? Oh please.Posts: 3416 Joined: Wed Nov 15, 2006 9:24 am.
Why not Gmod Legs/Immersive First-Person?Gmod Legs, as the title suggests, only shows the player’s legs. It also requires a server-side component to work properly. Is entirely client-side, but doesn’t use viewmodels, modifies the camera origin (and thus breaks aiming), and either requires a strict camera pitch restriction or suffers a lot of clipping.
Enhanced Camera, like the Oblivion/Skyrim/Fallout mods of the same name, combines the viewmodel and worldmodel and does not modify the camera origin. What this addon can and cannot doEnhanced Camera can:. Work on the client-side, even on servers without the addon installed, as long as svallowcslua is enabled. Work 100% of the time if models have broken paths unless the optional serverside component is installed, though it works most of the time.
